Class Schedule

Tawaasal shows your complete class timetable so you know which subjects you have each day, when they start and end, and where they take place.

Viewing Your Schedule

1. Navigate to My Schedule from the sidebar.
2. You will see your timetable in either a daily or weekly view.

Daily View

The daily view shows all your periods for a selected day:

• Period name and time — For example, "Period 1: 8:00 — 8:45".
• Subject — The subject you have during that period.
• Teacher — The teacher for that lesson.
• Room — The classroom or location, if specified.

Break periods (such as morning break and lunch) are also shown so you can see your full day.

Weekly View

The weekly view shows your entire week at a glance:

• Days of the week run across the top.
• Periods run down the side.
• Each cell shows the subject, teacher, and room for that time slot.

2. 2Click the date range to jump straight to a different week.
3. 3Each lesson cell shows its subject, teacher, and room.

Navigate Between Weeks

Use the date controls to move between weeks or jump to a specific date.

Understanding Periods

Your school defines a set of periods that structure the school day. These include:

• Teaching periods — Regular class time with a subject and teacher assigned.
• Break periods — Non-teaching time such as morning break or lunch. These are displayed differently so they are easy to spot.

Each period has a fixed start and end time.

Tips

• Check your schedule every morning — Review your timetable at the start of each day so you know what subjects to prepare for.
• Note room changes — Some subjects may take place in specialist rooms (science labs, art rooms, etc.). Check the room field for each lesson.
• Plan your materials — Use your schedule to pack the right books, notebooks, and materials for each day.
• Report errors — If your schedule shows an incorrect subject, teacher, or room, let your teacher or school administrator know.
