Weekly View
The weekly view shows your entire week in a grid format:

- Periods run down the side.

Understanding Periods
Periods are time slots defined by your school administrator. They include:
- Teaching periods — Regular class time (e.g., Period 1, Period 2).
- Break periods — Non-teaching time (e.g., Morning Break, Lunch). These are displayed in a different style so they are easy to distinguish.
Each period has a fixed start and end time that applies across the school.

Tips
- Check your schedule daily — Review your timetable at the start of each day to prepare for your lessons.
- Note room assignments — If your school uses different rooms for different subjects, check the room field before each lesson.
- Plan around breaks — Use break periods to prepare materials, mark work, or meet with colleagues.
- Report errors — If your schedule shows an incorrect class, subject, or room, contact your school administrator to have it corrected.
