Understanding Fee Structures

Your school defines fee structures that determine what charges apply to each student. These may include:

  • Tuition fees — Core academic fees for the term or year.
  • Activity fees — Charges for extracurricular activities, sports, or clubs.
  • Material fees — Costs for textbooks, supplies, or technology.
  • Transport fees — School bus or transport charges.

Fees may vary by grade level, academic year, and term.

Tips

  • Pay on time — Keep an eye on due dates to avoid your invoices becoming overdue.
  • Review line items — Check the invoice breakdown to understand exactly what you are being charged for.
  • Contact the school — If you have questions about a charge, discount, or payment, reach out to the school administration through the Messages feature or contact them directly.
  • Check for discounts — If your child qualifies for a scholarship or discount, it will be reflected in the invoice. If you believe a discount is missing, contact the school.
  • Track multiple children — If you have more than one child enrolled, you will see separate invoices for each. Use the child filter to view invoices per child.
